However, with a teenage driver who cannot back out straight 80% of the time, it did not last 3 weeks before a portion fell victim to Kaitlyn's tires.

Unfortunately, Casey was leaving for work at the time and witnessed the whole event taking place. I heard some commotion(Casey) outside and looked out the window to see what was happening. That's when I saw the result of Kaitlyn's latest "driving in reverse" incident.
That afternoon Casey was back outside in the rain, fixing what had taken him 2 hours to do a few weeks before and Kaitlyn only a few seconds to take out.

He has now rearranged the parking arrangements, so as to prevent any more problems with Kaitlyn's driving and his landscaping work --Hopefully I can veer to the right better than Kaitlyn!

Oh no!!!! Poor Kaitlyn -- She'll get the hang of the driving in reverse. :) I hope so for your plants sake. :)
I was wondering why you were parking on the left!!!
Hopefully Avery's mom can miss the grass too... :-)
