We held onto it as long as we could, but summer feels officially over now that we've closed the pool.
We loved our first summer swimming. It was so much fun with family and friends, but I'll appreciate the break from the daily maintenance required. We had mice, frogs, worms, spiders, scorpions, shrews, a chipmunk and lots and lots of pine needles. We will be taking down a few limbs and a couple trees this winter.
