Memorial Weekend

Andy Janelle and the boys came over for Memorial Weekend.  Seth had a baseball tournament on Saturday that was about 30 min. from our house, so we went and watched the first game.  Josh wanted to come home with us, so he and his buddy came home and swam, while everyone else stayed until the games were finished.  They didn't get back until 12:30 am., but they won and were tournament CHAMPS!   Woohooo!!🥳

We stopped for barbeque on the way home...

School's out for Summer!

My last day of work was yesterday!  Summer starts now!

We have some fun things planned, and I have a pile of books I want to read so I'm going to try and enjoy every moment and hopefully it won't go too fast.

We have more beautiful flowers(and a strawberry) blooming.

One of my favorite things is being able to run in the mornings again!

Casey's been working on a few projects for his ETSY shop and upcoming shows. You can click below to see his creative ventures....

Icelandic Views

Cody planned a trip to Iceland with a couple of his friends after he took his board exam.  The friends ended up not being able to go, so he asked Kaitlyn if she wanted/could go.  She did, so she flew to New York where they met up and flew together to Iceland for a week of adventures. They had a great time and sent me pictures all along the way.

Kaitlyn sent us a care package of chocolate and licorice.  Here is a postcard she included as well....

Here at home we have more beautiful spring flowers in bloom.  Love this colorful splash of spring.

We had 50 strawberry plants last year.  These are the only few that survived:(

Marionberries are looking good(lots of blossoms)!

We opened the pool.  It was a tad green, so we are working on getting the color a little more clear and clean.  Hopefully a couple of weeks.  Memorial weekend is our goal!  It's still a beautiful view!!
