Andy, Janelle and the boys came for Thanksgiving. It was so much fun. We played, ate, and had a cozy fire with smores.
Casey even made some treats this year. He wanted to try a Mince Meat Pinwheel recipe. It's the first time I've ever had mince meat. As a child I always thought it had meat in it. It didn't ever sound good to me, but Casey said it used to have meat but not anymore. They tasted like an apple spice pastry and were pretty good!
We also took some pictures. I haven't gotten my camera out in a couple of years. It's always easier to just use my phone and it does pretty good, but nothing beats good camera pictures. I mixed it up and did some with my phone and some with my camera.
