The Race

Last weekend Cody ran in his 1st race. Although, he told me several times it WAS NOT a race. We paid the entry fee, he received a t-shirt, and there were 150 participants, but the track team was just running it like they did in practice. I told him I wanted to see him run fast & sprint to the end, even though it was not a race. He told me not to bring my camera. Thankfully, a friend brought her camera & she took a picture of Cody at the beginning...
