We had a fun and busy July. Alex and Kaitlyn came for a visit, so we enjoyed their company. We took a quick trip to the beach, which is always a good time with good eats!
We stopped for lunch in Savannah at our favorite seafood restaurant -
We noticed the line wasn't long for Leopold's ice cream, so we decided to head over for dessert.
We made it to the beach in time for an evening stroll, which ended in a beautiful lightning storm.
We spent the next four days soaking up the sun, searching for shark teeth, and enjoying a few good eats!
Kaitlyn and I got lucky one morning and were able to watch a newly hatched turtle make it's journey down into the water. Nature is beautiful.
Finally....a keeper
We had some great waves for boogie board riding....
Everything is better at the beach💓
Casey did a recap when we got home of his shark teeth finds over the last 4 years(minus a year during covid). Pretty impressive.
We came back and enjoyed the rest of our July with pool time and the sights, sounds and good eats at home.
Kaitlyn made me a strawberry cake for my birthday! It was delicious!!
A yummy lunch date at CAVA...
A local farm store we love.
