Bat Invasion

Ryan and Cody both said they thought they heard movement and noise above their bedrooms, so Casey decided to look in our attic crawl space area to see if we had some bat visitors.  We did.  There was a screen between our attic area and the window vents where they got in, but there was a hole.  Casey decided to just go and fix the hole since we didn't have issues of bats in the house(yet).  It was quite the ordeal, because it doesn't have a floor board to walk on, just slats.  Casey went to Home Depot for some plywood to put down to make the job doable.  We are waiting until the weather cools down to go in and replace the installation that has been covered in bat poo.  💩😞

     

This isn't our first experience with bats.  I'm not sure why we've become the Batcave.  Casey said he's going to make some bat boxes to hopefully keep them out of our living space.
